  • Setup and maintain all district security access, folders and rights, LAN access for administrative users, Finance, Human Resources, Student Accounting, and Internet / E-mail.  

 

  • Provide backup support and training for Student Services applications, which include scheduling, attendance, grade reporting, PEIMS, transcript, discipline, graduation requirements, testing (TAKS, etc.), medical, and special populations.  

 

  • Develop and maintain documentation for Student Services applications and all related access and security.

 

  • Provide support and training on district wide software applications.

 

  • Maintain user documentation instructions for district technology access.
